• I arrive days before your wedding to scout locations and ensure a seamless experience. For Puerto Rico weddings, travel fees include airfare and transportation.
• For other destinations, travel fees vary by location and cover airfare, transportation, and accommodation.

I also step in to pose you for more editorial, artsy portraits. After years of experience, I know when to observe and when to direct.

• Since I take on a limited number of weddings each year, I operate on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure your date, I require a signed contract and a retainer—unfortunately, we can’t hold dates without both.

• Once we have selected your wedding package on our Discovery Call, I'll just send you an email with all the details. I'll then send you an online quote and contract, which you can easily e-sign.

• To officially book your wedding with me, I ask for a 50% non-refundable retainer , with the remaining balance due three weeks before your wedding day. There's payment plans available to make it more affordable.

We start with a discovery call to talk through your vision and make sure we're the right fit. Then, one month before your wedding, we have a mandatory planning meeting to go over your timeline, family photo list, and any final details or expectations.

Between those, I'm available for questions anytime whether that's a quick text or hopping on a call. I want you to feel supported and confident leading up to your day.
